Château Bel Air is located in the heart of the Lussac Saint-Emillion appellation and includes 21 hectares of vines. The estate is currently owned by Jean-Noël Roi. It has been owned by his family for over a century. Their vineyard is planted with 70% Merlot, 15% Cabernet Franc and 15% Cabernet Sauvignon. The vines are 35 years old on average.
